The project involved the design of a new three-story barracks, approximately 200,000 square feet in floor area.  The barracks building is one element of the new Brigade Complex.  Design resistance against progressive collapse and blast loading were critical criteria that were met.  MLA provided structural engineering design, contract documents, and services during construction for this design-build structure.

Performance: Met rigid design-build schedule; provided cost-effective structure; met special blast-resistant and collapse-prevention design criteria.
