Remodel of the existing concrete building which included a number of miscellanous structural tasks including:

Addition of two canopies and new façade on the front face of the building. New railing and gate on parking garage. Review of existing structure for installation of high density storage and depressed slab scale. Design for new decking and railing at roof top deck. Miscanious header and light gage framing design and bracing. Structural framing for new hood and exhaust equipment at the roof.
